1. Who we are

Lurmix Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. is a company established in Hong Kong. In this policy, “LURMIX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

Our registered address is FLAT 1512, 15/F, LUCKY CENTRE, NO.165-171 WAN CHAI ROAD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this website, LUNA and MIMO devices, the LURMIX companion software and the cloud services used to provide their connected features.

A partner, distributor, app store, social network or messaging service may process information under its own privacy policy. Their practices are not controlled by this policy.

3. Information we may process

Information you choose to provide when you email or message us, such as your name, company, contact details, market, inquiry, sample request, support details and correspondence.

Technical and service information reasonably required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, device, app and cloud service, such as device or app version, connectivity status, diagnostics, timestamps and security logs.

Language and configuration preferences, including the website-language preference stored in your browser and the settings needed to configure LUNA.

Voice data sent by LUNA so the service can understand a request and generate a response. Voice data is processed for that interaction and is not retained or stored after processing. LURMIX does not retain LUNA conversation or interaction records.

4. Why we process information

We process information to respond to inquiries; provide samples, sales, distribution, OEM and ODM discussions; configure and operate connected services; deliver AI responses; provide child-oriented content filtering; support parent-facing controls; maintain security; diagnose faults; provide warranty and repair support; comply with law; and protect our users, partners and business.

We do not use a child’s voice recording to build an advertising profile, and this website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.

5. Children and parents

LUNA is recommended for children ages 4–12 and is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. Parents should explain appropriate use and avoid encouraging a child to share unnecessary personal information during a conversation.

LUNA applies child-oriented content filtering. Parents can monitor product usage through the controls available in the current software version.

If you believe a child has provided personal data outside the intended product interaction, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

6. Voice processing and retention

LUNA must transmit voice data to the cloud so a spoken request can be processed and answered. The transmitted voice is not retained or stored after processing, and LURMIX does not keep a history of LUNA conversations or interactions.

Other records, such as business inquiries, support correspondence, warranty records and security logs, are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service.

7. Sharing and service providers

We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, communications, technical support, security, logistics, repair and professional advice. They may process relevant information only to provide the contracted service or as required by law.

We may disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process or a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, security or prevent misuse. We do not sell personal data.

8. International processing

LURMIX works across markets and uses connected cloud services. Information may therefore be processed in Hong Kong or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonably practicable steps designed to preserve an appropriate level of protection, including contractual and security measures where appropriate.

9. Website storage, analytics and third-party links

This website stores your selected language in local browser storage.

When you use a mail link, WhatsApp, LINE or a future official social-media link, the relevant third party may receive technical and account information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics to process limited website-usage data so we can understand visits and improve the site. We have disabled Google advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website visits and page-load performance. This website measurement is separate from the voice processing used by LUNA and MIMO.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal data about you, request access or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask for deletion where applicable.

To make a privacy request, email contact@lurmix.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. A parent or guardian should make requests concerning a child.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate product or service channel.
